i've been searching for the settings to mute or lower the volume when the camera makes when it auto focus.

either it's not possible or it's deep in the menu.

is this settings change possible? thanks.

Menu --> D (Display) --> volume (it's a symbol) --> off

yes, mine is permanently switched off by the way.

Must see the seller leh... I bought my GoPro from qoo10 also.. But the seller is Parasilk so it was definitely reliable..

In the em10's case, its Daiso on qoo10...
Is there any way to find out if this is the same Daiso chain in SG?

Its probably not afflicted to $2 daiso chain in sg.. but just happen that the seller has this shop nickname.. haha

My em10 autofocus doesn't work on single color surface, be it white, red, black etc.

Is this the limitation of the camera or I got a lemon?

The autofocus works on contrast detect and if everything is the same it won't function.

Saw a reply on qoo10 saying the Olympus international warranty does not include Korea? Anyone managed to claim for warranty for their Korean sets?

worldwide warranty is certainly valid and available in singapore.

What it means could be that worldwide warranty is not available in Korea (maybe dont have repair center or appointed repair center to do international warranty). Meaning if you bring a sg set to korea you can't claim for worldwide warranty. But if its the reverse you can claim a korea set warranty in sg.
