Lucky plaza other than lords, the other shops is best to avoid like a plague.. Best to just go to the usual shops listed in CS price list.. though still need to do your homework.. if not end up getting chopped with overly expensive unnecessary accessories..

as long as u r getting a set with full warranty why worry abt the shop at all? price is good, set works fine n comes w warrnty that's all that matters

Well, all shops are competiting for business, and some black listed shops will quote cheap and then ask you to buy filters and accessories for a few hundred bucks when they cost only a few dollars.. other's have been conned into buying export sets with warranty not accepted by the local distributors (not refering to grey sets).. sometimes, the price quoted might be for grey sets with local warranty covered by the shop only..
quite abit of people get suckered without knowing what exactly they have bought and then come here asking why this and that..

those listed in the price guide don't do that.. there is a reason why they are listed here by members.. Though I recommend going to the CS's listed shop, do be aware of the prices here so you don't get shocked when there is a difference of a few tens of dollars for it (the shops needs to eat and prices sometimes are cheaper cos Cser might have bought quite alot of gears)
As long as you buy it within a reasonable margin from the guide, the serials match, the warranty card has the local distro's address, then it's all good..

comparing the stuffs i wanto buy...the body AS cheaper the lens LORDs cheaper the flash AS cheaper and so on and AS is more ex all added up.....end up bought from LORDs as its the only shop in Lucky Plaza trusted in CS...they can sell u this thing cheap but other thing sell u more ex to cover the diff..

Oh ya i let go at a cheaper price, thats why managed to sell quite easily.

well, there are shops who are unwilling to sell body only.
but u can tell them you want to upgrade..
ask them to quote like (eg. D90 with 18-200, or anything else that you want)
i have seen a few that are willing to do that.

bought my D90 yesterday....and btw, whats all this clanking sound...freaked me out actually...but i heard its quite normal and something to do with gyrometer.
