Hello nmadness,
Looks like you have to wait a bit longer...market runs out of D90 stock now...news has it that all shops AP, CP, John, Lord's, TCW, MS, TK, etc are allow to carry 3 sets of D90 kit at any one shipment currently (i suppose it become a hot items since it recently won this year TIPA award for Adance group DSLR).
Happy waiting, (it's worth the wait for this D90, really)
Cheers^^
Try getting it from Internet order oversea like HK....
get it within 3-4 days + deliveries
Hey bro, when u check out D90 at MS color? i wan to check out for the stock there too. E-quote no reply from Ms color. Anyone know which place still have stock available for D90? seem like a lot of place no stock..
Juz read the whole of this thread & realise that I still not yet 1st charge the batt & register the warranty & not yet tried with all my lens & flashes since bought it on 13 July 2009. Hehe..
Warranty need 2 register? I dun seem to be able to find the link @ SG Nikon site. though the warranty states 1 full year fr the date of purchase.
You'll need to produce the receipt.. I think there are additional benefits when you register.
Yea... I got my D90 from J316 yesterday. Samuel kept one for me when the shipment came on Tuesday. Went straight down in the noon to grab it!
Had my first DSLR experience(and D90 experience) today at the zoo. Using my 18-105mm kit lens. I have a question, how do you improve on taking low light pictures?
Up the ISO and/or use flash ? Lower the Shutter speed and use a tripod ?
to me, ISO 1600 is still pretty decent
Thanks man again!(read your other post on the newbie section) I forgot to mention that I wanted to know how to improve in low light without using the flash. Got to learn the skill man.... and the ISO is the answer that I found out many have said. This was one aspect that I forgot to adjust. I predominantly using manual ISO set at 320. Is setting the ISO to auto good? I read in the D80 All you need to know sticky that is a good feature to use. And if it is, should I be setting it the same. Min shutter speed: 1/30 ISO max: 800.
I was shooting during the sea lion show and all came out black.. I was using the S mode as it was moving and I thought it's best to increased the shutter speed. Is that right? When I do that the aperature setting in the viewfinders shows me Lo. I tried to increase the EV but it didn't help much.... or should I stick to the A mode?
