I thought the D300 has 100%? I am not sure but I just got the data from below:

Yup, D300 is 100% like D3. I am surprised D700 is 95%.

could be due to the body/prism size limitation since they are using the same chassis for both D300 and D700. or it could be nikon's way of protecting their #1 FX model at the moment.

Maybe the rumoured 24MP Nikon will be announced end of next month.... might be a surprise, as in, don't think it will be called a D3X..... and wonder if Nikon will surprise us with the price....

Yeah that's true. Well I am using it to strengthen my arms with it. That is the only form of exercise for me nowadays.

The D700 will be a good back-up camera for D3 users. Oh dear I am tempted by it. :dunno:

Hehe.. yup, D80 is due fro replacement, but not sure when they'll announce that - maybe the following month or a bit later in the year.... Like the D80 was to the D200... so will the D90 be to the D300....

See the rumoured d3x

take the sensor and crop it to DX
and pop it into a D80 body

after that you have a rumoured D90 with ISO 25600
nikon win already on all fronts

Just note that the camera has no Nikon Singapore Warranty or international warranty.

Actually I would find his prices inflated by quite a fair bit.

I guess the new sensor demands very high quality sharp optics. But it is also about time to have the N-coat 70-200 after Nikon launched both the N-coat 14-24 and 24-70, to complete the traditional popular focal length range.
