Use the neck strap is much versatile den the hand strap.

Once ur flash is on, u dread using the hand strap. Very off balance and u will wish to hang from ur shoulder

for my lousy holding technique which need more practice. I must say that IS is good for lens ($$$). Aiming 70-200L IS. I will really appreciate faster lenses with IS.

I load my prime with the hood first. Front lens cap all off. Unload, hood down slide into the bag. Swap rear cap, load new lens.

:thumbsup: Almost the same technique, but I cap first, then unload cap first into bag then swap rear cap load lens.
