You forgotten to say it is include the tripod bag. Or everywhere also including the bag too?

Due to sometime I am busy and even I read it, I won't understand. I don't really know how to see the numbering of lens.

Yup, Jimmy just explained to me this afternoon. If I had known this lens, I would go for 450D body only and purchase this :( Damaged is done and I will proceed with my kit lens

bag to me not impt, more on the price...

i agree. most images are very 'ho-hum' and ppl just go and drop their pics with a 'c&c welcome :bsmilie:' followed by the next post with the same thing. i got sick of it a week ago and stopped looking at that thread now. dont think i can learn anything from there nor can i teach anyone anything.

btw, simi si ho hum??

Maybe that thread has become a gallery for newbies/those who want to splurge their money on 450D to have a look of what are the images out of the 450D.

Having said that, technically, the picture quality also lies with the lens used. Quite misleading. Nevertheless its a sticky so let it be. ;)

maybe bah....however, do note dat some of the images just CMI de lor..which is why i nvr post mine as well cos mine also CMI de..:bsmilie:

So which model of tripod you are getting?

The SSS outing until now only two of us. Damn sad loh. I asked my shooting buddy along but he got exams going on. Haiz.

EF-S is only usable on xxxD and xxD series bodies.

It's value for its money.

Being EF-S, its only for cropped bodies like 40D, 50D, 450D, 400D, 1000D etc.

ya loh. if lets say we intend to shoot wedding leh? meaning we will upgrade our camera also rite? then cannot use liao. btw, wedding usually or minimally need which camera?

I'm shooting with my 450D in March. If I have the money, see how much the couple (close friends) willing to appreciate me. Perhaps I will rent a 5D to go with 24-105 and 85. Haha! Flash is important too.

Haiz. Talking about wedding shoot. I supposed to shoot as 2nd photographer tomorrow but leh, I got a damn big assignment submission and critique which is also tomorrow.

Upgrade camera? Equip your 450D with fast lens and flash and it should be enough to handle the event.

And no, events such as wedding never require you to upgrade your camera body.

Agree with that. Make do with the body and get everything else that speeds you up. Haha! :bsmilie:

Indeed. I personally think that having a flash would be the top priority for such event. ;)

Anyone had tried the Tokina AT-X DX 10-17mm Fisheye on their cropped body before?

The price seems reasonable. A full-frame lens designed for cropped bodies with a 180deg field of view. It's like OMG. I'm a fan of fisheye effect and this lens seems to be on my wanting list too. Haha! ;)

Why not consider the normal 10mm-20mm or 10mm-22mm and apply fish eye effect using Photoshop? :bsmilie:

is the efs 55-250 really so good? how much is it?

Sad case man. Wah, bro. You're full of ideas man. I'm totally drained by my school assignment. I did a marathon 6 hrs of non-stop drawing for my 2D animation which last less than a second.

Good choice. Must bargain with the saleperson. They will surely quote higher than $145.

I got a wedding shoot in March. Interested? ;)

:o Fish eye on FF too huh? ;)

Ya. A FF Lens designed for cropped bodies.

What the hell. I think I misread the reviews. Damn, I going back to scrutinized it again.

Kana fooled by the reviews. And I didn't noticed it's DX. Meaning cropped bodies only.
