doesn't have to be grevious hurt in order to be a chargeable offence. criminal force and simple hurt will do.

I think this thread has served its purpose in alerting members on unscrupulous behaviour, and its time to close it off.
Feel sorry for EOS500N who has lost $30, luckily its not $3000. Just want to reiterate that Buy/Sell transactions here are solely the responsibility of the Buyer/Seller in terms of payments, delivery, etc in transacting with each other, and while we at ClubSNAP can try to assist in cases of fraud, it is best if Buyers/Sellers themselves act responsibly and protect their own interests.
