Beercan Portrait & Bokeh

I have opened up a new lens from another brand but with the same range as the beercan,
The lens arrangement is very much similar to beercan. Although some of the equivalent metal parts in beercan were replaced with plastic

Well, that would be a design copy then! What lens is it?

Yes bro, do share with us what lens is that. I am quite curious to find out too.

Agreed, bro.

I got that old Sigma 75-200mm, really tough and sharp ! ...unfortunately, it does not works with digital cameras now, something about needing a rechip ...which is no longer available.

Pity that Sigma is not able to do something about this lens. :(

A bit sensitive.
Maybe I'll just post a cross section of both lens (if can find one)
Or maybe that's how the lens design of this range design should look like.

Aiyaa. Nothing sensitive. Is it a Leica? If yes, they can manufacture based on the design too

Ehmmm, now I has one suspect on my mind

Please check page 3 of this thread, as well as the "The alcoholic photo thread - Beercan images" thread. It clearly states that the "beercan" is specifically the Minolta 70-210 f/4 lens. I even posted a link with a picture.

A google search for "minolta beercan" would have gotten you your answers too.
