"I honestly do not know. We can all speculate, but until Canon announces their new cameras, it’s all just speculation. I sure hope they have a follow-on to the 5D, but that’s a hope, not something that I know about.

Hah Yes! 24 - 85 is a very good range....let's hope it zoom within, not extend out.

If it's just marginally heavier than the present 24-70, that's not too bad considering the extra focal length, IS, and dare I say, Internal Focusing :lovegrin:

Heck, anything lighter than a 70-200 f/2.8 IS will do!
