They give you back the non-working part to "show" that they have changed a new part for you... like some car servicing center does...- 116520

EP5 with panny 25mm f1.4 [Loud focusing noise]
Firmware will not solve this issue. My 25mm make louder noise when the camera is pointed to a bright light source, eg sun, etc... I guess you will have to bear with the noise...- 116520
