Why is my webspace suspended?

I've already paid up (through ATM transfer) - my due balance on the 24/11/2004, to the following account-

DBS Bank Raffles City Branch
Bank Code: 7171
Branch Code: 033
Account Number: 033-900667-0

My webspace expires on the 27/11/2004 - so why is it suspended if I had paid up? I have also sent a PM to Darren on the 24th of November informing him of the said transfer. I have the transfer receipt and I want an explanation.
