Many public parks would have a toilet for u to change, some are cleaner and some are more dirty. If u are in urban area then a polite request to use toilets in nearby cafes or bars or restaurants will usually do also.

East Coast, near bedok jetty, there is a nice garden there plus toilets.
Sembawang Park, toilets at the beach
One North Park, toilet at the MOE building
Botanic Gardens, everywhere got toilet

by sharing my personal experience= show off?
what i'm trying to say is, if my models can change to gowns in my space limited car, i'm sure other models can do in cars which are much bigger than mine.and i can say majority of the cars in singapore are bigger than mine.
like that also deemed as =show off?
