Where to buy a K-x ?

So I read the threads on Bally, and the fact that SLR Rev prices for k-x are the cheapest.

Should I go ahead and ask a friend to get the camera from SLR-Rev ?

Reason for asking : Not sure how good/bad the After sales support (in case of warranty for 1 year only) is.

I also checked with MJ, and they said, no stock for k-x or k-r, and to check back on Monday.

As stated in the post above, SLR Rev is the cheapest . . .

As mentioned above, check with SLR-Rev. They get their stocks from our local distributor MJ. Servicing support from MJ so far so good.

Dont need to check w/ MJ 'cause they are not selling the cameras or lenses. You'd better check w/ shps like SRL Rev and see if you can find good prices there.

Unfortunately, I can't bargain over phone, or get someone to go there every 2-3 days. That is the basic problem. I can finalize something, along with indicative price, and then ask someone there to pick it up. Hence asking around so much here.

I guess you have checked and some guy have indicated the best price for Pentax kx, 18-55, 55-300 dual kit here also. I'm not sure what you want to bargain but price is quite fixed, the shop will be selling this price or higher.

This is the distributor's RRP. Are you going to pay this amount or go to the shops which offer a cheaper price? AS most of us have indicated, SLR Rev is the cheapest of the shops here.

Lens hood to be picked up from Manly at Temple Street, Chinatown. Look for Mr Quek.
