so what's your recipe to lose weight? i need some ideas.
my colleagues are fasting, so i'm trying to follow, hoping to lose some...... :sweat:

Eat 1 slice of wheat bread for breakfast, drink only soup for lunch and eat only vegetables and fruit for dinner. Dun eat too late for dinner. Do at least 2 hrs of excercise 4 times a week.

Do those above and you will feel like jelly whole day.....:sweat:

My breakfast is much more than that.;p But the excercise part is right.

Just eat normal but if really want don't lose weight but gain muscle and cut fat will be better for man. Just do more exercise and remember don't sit down after food for at least half hour to a hour.:thumbsup:
 

now my breakfast will be milo + 5-6 pieces of biscuits. lunch try to skip then dinner eat as normal. :think:

It work leh! I was succecssful in these way twice liao. Slowly, u will get used to it. How I miss those slimming days.

By eating all those you should be very skinny right? I really can't imagine eating all those in a day. Think of it also make me so hungry..:eek:

Breakfast very important, your whole day energy come from it, so should eat more, lunch can eat some fruit or something light, than dinner eat as normal, supper depend, late supper also optional. :lovegrin:

I cut down 5-6kg.
