hey..have you folks tried nature valley granola bars? pretty good. got different flavours - banana nut, honey-oat, peanut butter, cinnamon, and a few more. good for breakfast or if your mouth itchy :)

Those are good and cheap. Kinda dry but really crunchy. PB is the best, apple/cinn is good too.

haha, you know me what bro..I always keep fit..I am not call what the other folks call me for nothing..
 

but seriously folks..dieting and such etc etc is of little use..most impt is to eat right and exercise..jogging is the best way to slim down..however you must do long dist jogging, min 1/2 hr..
