Yesterday i bake brownies and scone. Brownies abit hard and dry next tiem have to bake lesser a few min.

This mornign i have 2/3 packet of Nasi Lemak.. a few Mini scones and a glass of milk ..
Weight is 64kg .. got to trim down 1.5kg in two days.
Wednesday at company having blood test.. goign to weight.. must die die slim down :O
