Actually, the moment I saw them controlling the D4 thr mobile devices, I feel it will attract a lot of geeks (rich ones of cos) wanna piece of action with this thing. It's like a geek magnet for they can say, "hey, I can control my camera across the room with my iPad, can you?"
My guts feel tells me that local camera rental will likely stock this camera along with the wireless WT5A unit to satisfy this market.![]()
If you have not used the current tethering or wireless transmission features in the current bodies and the WT-4, you will never understand the pain, and why the WT5 and the D4 looked so damn good. And remote control? a lot of people use it and have a need for it, especially when shooting animals or sports or races with a multiple remote camera set up. It is afterall, a camera body built for the professional community, not the average joe the hobbyist.
