Dunno leh. I left the white borders on the pictures I don't want to crop to reduce to exactly 8R size (I print at home).

My take is if you stay near there its worth $2.50.

If u are in somewhere else and need to go there considering the transportation fees and all its not $2.50 anymore.. its more:bsmilie:

so the nearest photo lab to you is the cheapest.

You're second-guessing the judges.

I will make another second-guess: The hardcopies are just to ease/aid them in the judging and selection process. They might need to shuffle around the hardcopies between a group of judges, and may need to pin the entries on some corkboard or something to view from a comfortable distance, etc. in their judging process, simply because it is more natural to handle physical photos than to view them through computer monitors. In the end they will end up reviewing the softcopies of the finalists' photos if they really want to scrutinise the image quality (which is very likely as the photos will go towards advertising).
