i got 2 pics, calculated the chances of having a position from first, second or third = 2/20 x 3/20 x 100% = 15%

Is the calculation correct? haha

the guy with 4 pics = 30% (wooo)

Although some of the pictures are fantastic and gorgeous in my opinion, I gotta say a few of the shortlisted ones are disappointing (not that I'm eating sour grapes or what, but some of them are just unimpressive.)

Saw the pics at VivoCity.
Some of those that I liked was is by LiewTL (in portrait format) and one that was a colour / impressionist style shot through the watering glass pannel. :thumbsup:

I guess with so many people competing, it would be very possible, just by chance or otherwise (someone saw you taking the shot at the location?), for more than one person's entry to be alike to anothers'. Take mine (below) for example:

Similar to SC6 but submitted in pro category. I must admit, SC6's lines are more striking.

Is this your first time reading about photography competition? It is not unusual for members of the organising party to participate in the judging process. Are you insinuating that planners and lawyers are incapable of taking photographs as well?

Oops sorry for my ignorance. Yes this is the first time that I actually know who are the judges for such photography competitions.

I have absolutely no intention to say that they are incapable of taking photographs.

My sincere apologies if I offend anyone.
