Oh really? Posting live from TK Foto.
is the streetwalker for sale also?
i was at tk earlier. saw the shapeshifter. its nice looking but too similar to my lowepro stealth II. decided it wasn't for me.
i then compared the streetwalker harddrive with the airport antidote v2.0. both are very close so it took me a while to decide which to get.
airport antidote v2.0
pros - nice big front pocket to dump lots of stuff if i'm not carrying the laptop bag.
i prefer the material used for the bag.
comes with a laptop bag that can be used on its own.
cons - slightly fatter than the streetwalker harddrive.
has its own removable waist strap but nowhere to attach my speedbelt.
overall it looks clunky.
streetwalker harddrive
pros - useful zipper pockets on the front and side.
nice pull down tripod carrier.
it has a velcro flap that lets me attach the bag to my speedbelt.
looks better than the airport antidote.
cons - no laptop bag - laptop goes into side compartment (this could be a pro ;p )
the bag material seems to be a dust collector.
in the end i chose the streetwalker. its additional pockets and the speedbelt attachment capability won me over. it was slightly cheaper too ;p

Doug Murdoch and Mike Sturm were on the team which designed the Stealth AW II, thus the similarity.
Actually, there is a slot to put the Speed Belt through on the Antidote V2.0. Just that it is not as convenient to do so as the Glass Taxi.
How much is the Street Walker?
SW is $239.
i did check the slot but i think damn tight fit. not sure if the belt buckle can even get thru. in any case the SW way is easier to attach and detach the belt.
That's more than $100 difference!
Yes, the slot is really tight fit. They could have make it slightly bigger.
How is the tripod fitted to the SW? At the center or the side?
more than $100? Airport Antidote 2.0 is $279. $40 more than SWHD.
tripod attached down the front center.
