I hate using phones and prefer email, messaging etc. Anyway, to be fair to TK, I received email reply from James today. He was surprised I managed to use the enquiry page as their website was supposed to only be relaunched later. Anyway, he's got another customer now.

Now also the owner of a Speed Freak. ;p
so that was you
Just how many bags/pouches have you bought already? To me, Speed Demon is of a comfortable size to store my camera and the other lenses I am owning, for now. But I think as a belt pack, Speed Demon/Freak/Racer has a more accessible front zippered compartment than the Change Up. CU's front compartment can hardly be used if I store my D200 facing down because of the bulge at the top.
I have the Antidote and Speed Freak. That's it. I was actually deciding between the CU and this, but I went for this because it seemed more suited for my use. The CU is slimmer, and looks to me like a lens-only carrying solution. I have my doubts about how much more it will hold besides my 30D with a grip.
I can seriously tell you that it will not hold much. I have to store my D200+grip vertically and that leaves just enough space to store my 18-200 and a 50/1.4 stacked together and the main compartment is fully occupied. Take a look at my CU review and you can see taht CU will be a better fit for cameras of size equivalent to D80 or smaller. But the grip have to be stored seperately. I will relegate the CU to hold only lenses if I am getting the 28-70 and 17-35. The camera will go into a seperate pouch.
So the Speed Freak can store the 30D+grip horizontally? That is very thick, I will say, won't it be quite inconvenient at times?
Yeah it fits snugly. Actually, the larger Speed Racer beltpack would be a better fit, but this will do. Will write a detailed review after a field test. Going out to Aussie with my family for a few days.
So far, I've been able to fit the 30D with a grip, with a Sigma 10-20 (short but fat), a 50mm f/1.8 with hood, and a 24-85mm, plus other odds and ends. There's a lot of space left. I think Think Tank did a good job with this beltpack.
Randius is going like a broken record :bsmilie:
