Here's my attempt at taking the moon :)

All pictures were taken using CANON EF 70-200 f/4 L + TELEPLUS 1.4 teleconverter.

i was on sheares bridge around 9.20 last night and the moon was RED..real red...a pity i didn't have my tele lens..

Fri nite? I took it, but its not very clear. Its red due to dust in the air, and all my shots were blur.

For the moon, handpod is fine, since shutter speeds are quite fast.

Yes! it is RED and LOW..... too bad my lens is only up to 200mm.... :cry:
By the time i take my 200mm out, the clouds hv covered it...
 

Ice man, u took this picture using panasonic cam at F2.8? There a reddish glow around the moon.
 

My share of the moon shot. It seems like the full moon can't see the crater clearly.

Ya, I feel the same way. Partial moons seem to show the craters better. I think its due to the shadows cast due to the suns light being non-head on. :think:
