Billy bro, I use high speed for hand held bracketing for HDR. slow fps will have alot of hand shake hence out of frame.

strictly speaking from the book, for shooting birds, 400mm + 1.4TC is the minimum length. But... but...but... no rules, you can create wonders with your 70-200mm also.

dun have 400mm also nevermind... 5.56mm calibre also can... provided u shoot it off M16.

I shoot for 15 years but I have not shoot more than 1 frame / sec before, even during my 5 wedding sessions that I had taken, non of the event I need to fire like a machine gun.

I remember shooting some sports event ( rugby ), no need to fire more than 1 frame / sec...

We went to sungei bulok some time ago, all those shots that I took using continuous shots ( EOS-1D is 8FPS ), cannot make it. It is those anticipated and shooting like 1frame / sec is the winner.

wah ... hmmm but that time i take skating sport event i manage to get in the middle of the action i find 3FPS too slow ... miss alot of shots, was literally next to the competitors ..

i was at the "red line" marking you see on the floor
