U using which one?

I'm just started to learn to use the GND. got a set of 0.3,0.6 and 0.9 from HiTech. i don't think is a waste of $$, you can stack 2 to 3 filters together using your 0.6
Big stopper is good investment for landscape and water photography. Lee foundation kit is good.
i bought the hitech ND filter set, 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9.
i also bought the ND 1.2 seperately.
i pair them up from time to time with my Lee Big Stopper.
i use them on my 16-35 f4.
i shoot plenty of landscapes!
you should probably consider a good wide angle lens that can take in the Lee Big Stopper. the EF17-40 f4 seems like a fine choice.
Im only starting to use this kind of filters actually..lolZ..guess have to get the 0.9 & 0.3 too..
I already have 17-40 f4..its one of my oldest lens
I bought the Lee foundation kit and humtum on the Big Stopper, along with the GND filters and ND filters.
in the end, i sold the GND filters and kept the ND filters. in fact, i even went and bought the 1.2 ND. i lust after long exposure in bright daylight la.
hmmm... for the 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9 ND Filters, it really depends on the situation and your own application. no right or wrong. there are times when i stack 3 filters with the big stopper but if you do so, the IQ will degrade la. probably stacking 2 filters and the big stopper is the max, for me at least.
if u're into landscape, then you can consider getting the Big Stopper and the 77mm filter holder for your 17-40 f4 la.
i'm not so sure if the tammy 24-70 as a landscape lens as it probably isn't wide enough, for me at least! :bsmilie:
I will be using the filters on the 17-40..thats why i bought the 77mm holder..guess we OT this thread liao..hahaha..
This Tammy is good for my events..focal length is juz nice on 5D3..
The price for the tammy is still fixed and doesnt seem to be coming down.
So far so gd, dint read any post abt the fault or problem of tis lens.
Hmmm..
Hi, can I know how much is it selling now??
i believe it is still at around S$15XX.
the XX could vary from shops to shops?
please call up the shops and do a price check before committing any purchase as my info might not be the most accurate.

Wah. $$ gao gao. lol.
For the filters, you do no need to buy all together immediately. Those are pretty expensive to invest.
there are some cheaper version you can look at in ebay. they come in a package with holder and all the different adapters and much cheaper than local shop sell. i just ordered a set and cost me only about $30. here is selling like $80. :what:
once you know which specific filters you need, it's easlier than.
