If you don't mind can u please share the price ??
Very nice capture.
Do you find it heavy to hand held with camera body?
I use it once so far, it's a solid lens, focus ring is smooth but zoom ring is a little tight but I believe should loosen up with time. There's a lock to hold it in the retracted position. IQ wise I think is pretty satisfactory, I don't know how to review lenses, just some comments from a casual hobbyistI never thought I would own a lens with a reach of 600mm as primes or zooms of such focal lengths are way too expensive for working stiffs like me haha but thanks to Tamron many similar enthusiast would be able to have such a super telephoto lens in their "arsenal"
if I may share a shot:
check with the local popular stores, I got mine from SLR Rev., call them for availability
looks very good.
this is shot at 600mm?
what was the estimated distant away from the bird?
thank you, yes that was at 500mm. This was shot at 600mm:

Huh... I tot GSH said that the RRP was S$2864?
Anyway... I confirm cannot buy liao. Lens is too big for my dry cabinet and my house no more place for a new dry cabinet
Hi this remark makes me worry also. Never come across my mind I need a new dry cabinet. I already have two two-layer dryers. One for Nikon and one for M43. If bring in a third one will need my Home Affair Minister to approve for money and space. May I know what size or type of cabinet I need for this lens?
I cannot afford a Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 Finance Minister did not approve, but I think I can get this longer lens to avoid me buying a TC for the 70-200, but now space to store is a real concern.
Please advise to avoid scolding. Thank you.
