sorry, but i don't understand your question, what do you mean by shooting time.

The sunset was around 7ish, will check the exif data for a more acurate time.
Anyone has this info?

We started around 5:30pm

I hope that it answered your question.

I think he meant how long the sun stay before she decided to set herself under the horizon. I think it was less than 5 mins.

I suposed to have something on last Saturday, apparently, it was cancelled hence decided to head down there to finish my slide.

While I was shooting, I sense someone shooting me from behind, it was Ortega! Anyway, nice to meet you Ortega, a friendly guy and other CSer, though I didn't manage to get know most of you as I missed the intro session I think.

Cheers!

p/s: Hey Mel, If I get you wrong, please correct me.

Ya lor, I also missed the intro session (if there was one). Think eikin too engrossed with shooting never answer the phone ;p
Let's do this again soon before the sunset season dies down :)

There are "several" white nikons, another one at : http://www.photosynthesis.co.nz/nikon/afs30028.jpg

The 400 f2.8 & 600 f4 are also avaliable in "white"/grey colour.

 is that so, it seems that the light is seeping in.
Well those are not on my shopping list.
It just does not match my camera.
like white socks with black shoes and pants.

Think white for AW? Not so easy to get heat up when work under the sun for too long?

Thanks sumball. :) So from what I gather, the golden hours lasted about 2 hrs while the actual sunset itself was no longer than 5 minutes in duration.

golden hours was actually shorter than that, maybe 1 hour, but it is different everyday. So if you want to catch the golden hour go earlier.

I had the choice of the grey one in HK, but the dark one is hard to resist....LOL :bsmilie:

wah, this thread running so fast, i haven't even developed my negatives yet ... anyone can recommend reasonable quality negative developing+scanning and not so far away from Punggol? at least somewhere more convenient like city area? i've tried one at liang court but not very convenient location, :( wanting to test out others also to widen my options

OT: ortega & Sjourn, since you all here, just finding out if you have seen the studio trial shots, heeheehee
