Wah... Dun start a brand war here although u r right :bsmilie:
I can ONI say all are equal n each camp has their own positives![]()

How about Fullframe??
 but if you take 8 photos and stitch it is the widest you can go on 35mm FF on any system - UWA to me![]()
just curious... how's the distortion for the TS-E 17mm?
Have you stitch photos taken with this lens? How's it goes?
as far as I know, it won't be good stitching distorted photos....
If i'm not wrong its because of high distortionThe 16-35 is a good lens except when use for archi urban landscape shoot due to..... can't remember...
The Canon 16-35L II isn't particularly sharp in the corners either - when compared to the 17TS, 24TS II or the Nikon 14-24mm.If i'm not wrong its because of high distortion![]()

Not just high distortion but complex distortion. It matters in archi shots, but for sunrise, nature landscapes, it doesn't matter much.
But it is as sharp as a brand new razor. One of the sharpest lenses I've seen.
So long if u dun shoot anything straight, its one hell of a lens.. Its almost like a semi FE at 16mm.. if u know how to use it.. cab actually put into gd use![]()
Its one of the hardest to correct that i had come across so far.. even my ex 17-35mm perform better in this area.. But its is "wide", razor sharp and constrasty img quality that wow and win me over..
Cant really make it for archi/interior.. too much distortion to correct, till u lose pixels.. I might be getting a 14-24 to complement this for tat purpose...
Bro... 14-24 is nice, but expensive and no filters yet. Even when the LEE one comes out, it will be hella expensive bro....
Handheld lo or DIY.. think i dun intend to get the SW150 (Lee filter holder for 14024) price tag not really justified... wait for chiong (3rd party china made) one la..
