Great to see the list growing!!! Maybe some new EOS300D owners can try out the 70-300mm lens too.

OK, in case some are 1st timers and wondering what to bring:
Non-camera stuff:
1) Insect repellant, in case you wanna be adventurous and wander into the more forested area of SBG... good for some insects macro shots
2) Water!
3) Good walking shoes.
4) Cap if you can't take the sun
5) Rain gear, just in case
6) Dark colored shirt (optional) coz wild life are less startled by dark colors. White shirt will alert them. Of course, given the hot weather.... its up to you.

Camera stuff:
1) Longest lens you can get your hands on. Its day time so your aperture need not be too fast
2) Spare batteries
3) Flash - for those insects
4) Mono or tri pods esp if you have a long lens!

Please feel free to add on!

For me. I shall bring my big mama Sigma 50-500mm (EOS mount). Hahaha! You may check that out on that day too.
