[...challenging her to conduct a shoot of her own.
Merry meet and merry part till we merry meet again.

Since I brought that up, let me clarify whay I did what I did. For the record, I did not do it in a pique of frustration or anger.
The fact of the matter here is from the get go, the bottomline here is her stand: that mods have a duty to regulate shoots and that some viable code of conduct should be established in CS itself to monitor organised shoots. CS in actual fact is a self-moderated forum which only moderates what is posetd here. What goes on in the shoot section is beyond what mods can do as their power to moderate lies in what has been posted and not what goes on beyond that level.
In light of that, the nous then lies in the organiser of such shoots to regulate the shoot itself. The purpose of asking her to organise a shoot is also an attempt to make her understand that such shoots involve time and money. To further that, she is asking for a mentor to guide noobs like me in such shoots. I am for that idea, but to defray whatever costs incurred by the organiser and the logistics included in such a shoot, to break even the cost, what is the cost-profit ratio she she be reasonably expected to make? It will come to a point that it will be just like a mass shoot to cover the cost that she has put in. In the end, we are back to square one.
