Had tried organising a mass TFCD before with 10 models and 7 photographers. It nearly tired me out. :sweat:

Maybe in this outing, the strobist can bring their own models. There will be no limit to the items to bring for strobing. Any lightings are welcome. The participants are welcome to share knowledge or conduct demostrations. Those what to come, see, test and learn are welcome.

Of course, something like this can be "Messy" .... so may need some controls. What to control, need to discuss.

I think this is like a "Wu Lin Ta Hui" style. :bsmilie:

Each bring their models... chances are, all waiting for you to bring your model. :bsmilie:

However the suggestions on each bring their strobes, is a interesting idea... cos we'd have a big pool of strobes. But what I afraid is nothing to shoot.

Would love to approach a friend's agency to see if she willing to help.
BUT! By doing this will limit the number of participants hor and not all the people would get the chance to shoot. You should understand the consequences.

I would encourage the photographers to bring their models for this outing or gathering.
We can set this as part of the criteria for the outing.
The main purpose is to show lighting techniques, not to show off models.

If you're bringing out your profoto light on the outing, I will bring along my broncolor mobils as well for the benefit of those who wish to test out these lights.

Anybody with Jinbei or elinchrom ranger to contribute for sharing? Maybe I can talk to kenneth to see if he mind bringing out a set of jinbei with ringflash.

I'm looking for a group of ard 6-8 volunteers with lightings on location experience and hopefully model posing and crowd control. If anyone wish to volunteer their service, PM me. Maybe for this inaugural big sharing gathering, we target to a size of ard 25pax. I'm open to any suggestions.

Topic shall covers on general strobist, different modifiers, targetted more for the newbies so as to par up the skills for the more ppl for coming big event. Will start the sign up thread as usual in the workshop sub-forum in a few days time once I firmed up.

He had been helping in BTS the shoots I am involving.
Hopefully, he is free that day.
