Yes, used to have the Gariz without grip.

This new one uses higher quality leather and not so slippery (material itself). The protruding part helps a little more (but definitely not as effective as Leicatime Luigi cases).

Quite happy with the built quality. Thread is not black but GOLD colour (999 Gold....i wish).

Price is EXPENSIVE.

Gariz is good but if you want a little bit more quality, go for JnK. I got the red rally bordo half case with built in grip, not cheap but its quality through and through!

The grip position like too near to the lens leh. Not sure if will help with the grip.

If they can create one like Luigi style with protruding grip at the edge, it will be perfect!
