I think it is sad they stop selling film here... as I believe film still have demand.... too many skip the film era... and they do not know what they missed.....

Just moved to digital, but still prefer films... sadly... :bheart:

i have 1 roll expire in 06, then i put it into my SLR in 12/2006 and left in the dry box which is like poison to the film, then shot it few weeks back, and processed with E6, still same nice colors...

I have exposed like some 50 rolls of color and b&w negatives during the past semester with my EOS5, now I love it more, although it has cost me a lot;) I am thinking of shooting some slides probably some time next semester.
Glad to know that I am not alone here since there are still so many film users:D

i spent 2 years shooting film before i recently went digital. I prefer film, but it was getting too expensive and inconvinient to buy film and develop it. Was using a Nikon F15(or is it a N15?), and i felt that i had better composition on it than on my current D80. I suppose it is partly cause i can't just delete the shot i take, so i am far more careful with my shooting, exposure and composition.

Now with digital i sometimes catch myself machine gunning or firing snap shots :(

UPssss for the Film Shooters

There is a sudden itch to slap the 35mm f/2 on my EOS A2 and shoot a roll of B&W. :)

film they still sell what. whoever they are. you can still find film sold here. at least, if your're talking about the kind they sell at those photo developing stores in neighbourhoods. if you're talking about the fancy schmancy ones then i dunno haha+

Well, still shooting colour negatives. Kodak UC100 and UC400.

I am going back to school in September to study photography and it will be film mainly ..I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!! it will be a real grounding for FF digital also:):) it will benefit me tremendously giving my photogrpahy depth and understanding and I have heard there is nothing better than the colours offered by the compounds and silver involved in film and film development etc.:)
