Agree with jeffhiew, they have done quite a bit of dirty work...well done and thanks for organising the event!! :)
 

Forgot to add, had to change the badge design as I couldn't get portrait badge holders (only landscape).

So the newly redesigned badges will look like this :-

Darren, one minor or maybe major hitch is Eastgear don't open on Sunday and if those people who is working may not be able to go there to collect the batch etc then how?

File size is about 13KB, if yours is smaller than this, may be the file is corrupted. Try to download again. Anyway a copy of the roster is given out when you collect the t-shirt. no worries

Is there any "must get" compulsary shot to capture ie. vvip attendance? :dunno:

Or will there be more details only when we arrive on location...in that case must go earlier liao. :think:

The online version will always be the "most correct" one. The printed copy was done just before the changes made.

The only "must get" shots are for the opening and closing sequences on May 27th and June 12th respectively, according to the agenda, and the events are normally on Stage A.

Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm the sponsorship of the meal vouchers in time for the collection. We are still waiting to hear from the organiser.

What is the max file size for submission??
 

guys, i cant find the actual schedule on the performance for each stage @ each 1hr time slot. also cant find the map of where are the 3 stages. pls advice. thanks.
