Do consider if backups are needed as i feel it's essential.

Also, if anyone is interested in shooting but not allocated a slot, can i let them have one of mine since i have 3 slots, 1 on 28/5, 1 on 1/6 and 1 on 5/6. I don't mind shooting less "officially" so at least more people can take part esp like hazekang, who missed out because of the scheduling?

For backups, if any photographer cannot make it for the rostered timeslot, please PM me and let me know at least 48hrs in advance and I will then contact (phone) other photographers who have indicated that they are available. I am not sure if it is useful to put backup photographers into the schedule right now.

If any member feels that they are over-committed, please also PM me so that I can re-arrange the schedules and assign to another photographer. I have tried to balance out the events (min 2 per photographer and no concurrent days) allocation but unfortunately, either due to timeslot constraints (eg only a few photographers indicate they are avaliable for that time) or concurrency, not everyone got an event allocated.

Gee, i would love to have 1 of your slots. :bsmilie: But i guess we have to be professional about this as this is a first come first serve with the moderator doing the 'dirty' work of assigning people for this event.
