Sigma 18-35 1.8! (crop sensor though...)

Just saw TK foto posted photo for Nikon mount in their Facebook page.

don't know to get this or the sigma 17/50f2.8. hmmm..

with the same amount of cash, i would rather get a sigma 17-50 & 35mm f1.4

To each his own.. u missed my pun anyway.. and the art lens is also a Good lens to use on the crop sensor. Better complimentary range too..

Canon mount is out of stocks after asking around a few stores today..

You can try Sim Lim Square, ie. there is a shop selling camera stuff, PS3 games, etc. that is located outside the entrance coming in from OG Albert Complex.
The Canon mount is available and they quoted me $960.00 yesterday.

Did anyone manage to get a nikon mount yet?

F mount version is available at TK - $950

focusing issues on the sigma. Scroll down...

It looks pretty bad for distance biggert than 3m...

Got this lens and shot an AD wedding over the past weekend on 7D. The focus was spot on and if you require the bokeh, this is comparable to few prime lenses required for cropped sensors to get the necessary DOF.

IQ is quite close to Canon's EF-S 17-55/2.8 and as a bonus, my 7D can now achieve focus at darker scenes compared to the 2.8 lens.

I wish it is stabilized tho... that lens is pretty hefty for 1-handed extended overhead shooting.
