A Rare?? Canon50mmf2.2. It has a 'dummy' ∞ lock. It is pleasantly sharp & has rather nice bokeh as well.:heart:
According to Peter Kitchingman: "This lens was regarded as a budget lens and was released only for the Japanese domestic market .....the lens was on sale for only six months.."
Oh my god!!!!! The last time I saw this lens, I think it went above 500 euros on ebay live auction. Definitely a rare find. Then again.... it's gommy we're talking about! :bsmilie:
There's very little information about this lens and I thought it might be a Tessar design. Does anyone knows for sure?

Congrats on the Kobalux21mmf2.8. This is the lens that Kobalux is famous for! So now you also have one from the Avenon/Kobalux family.

Yes, E40 UV/IR-that's why I'm sticking with my M8. I'm still buying them-just got another 4 or 5 UV/IR last week. :bsmilie: But I still cannot find one in E39.5.
