Just found and acquired this len out of curiosity, a Hexanon 35/2 LTM, in silver finish. Have not try it out yet, anyone know how it is compared to the UC Hexanon 35/2? Google a bit but not much info on it. I have the UC which I simply love it.

Outstanding Konica lens, 50/3.5, 50/1.9, 21-35/3.4-4, M35/2, M50/2, 50/1.2
Any kind souls willing to part with their gears?

Another Hexanon. Konishiroku Hexanon 50mmf1.9 LTM.
Of the Japanese RF 50mmf2s that I have, Hexanon50mmf1.9, in term of sharpness is very close to Fujinon50mmf2.
Bokeh is smoother than the other Japanese f2 lenses. I'm not sure if it's the 0.1 difference in f-stop. It's a gem.

Took the Canon 50 f1.2 LTM lens out today. Shots were taken in Singapore Botanical Garden.

Canon Nippon glow????

Its a low contrast & soft lens wide open. Some love it, some hate it ;)

Here is mine wide open at F1.2

Stopped down, its quite sharp. Another shot of mine but I cant remember if this is F2.8 or F4

I quite like the signature of this lens. Very dreamy wide-open but my M8 tends to overexposed under direct sunlight.

Yeah, pretty good results stopped down for me too.

Not tempting you but just sharing.
There are so many of these excellent Japanese RF lenses from the 50's that I just love.

Can die!!! Such a good condition set! Complete with hood and caps as usual......

By the way, I like the almost monochrome effect of the pictures. The lens looks like a performer too!

Cheers,

That was how they were paired- Fujinon lenses to Leotax camera in the 1950's.

I almost fainted when I saw this picture!

Thank goodness the laptop fell on my lap instead of the floor. There should be some kind of warning when you post pictures like these. Some of us have weak hearts or knees you know!
