Should you be heartless to a girl?

whatever it is, sometimes things just won't work out the way you want it to no matter what, but you can TRY.

just TRY your very best if you want something that badly. i strongly believe so. because even if the end result is a pile of shiet, u know u tried ur very best, and u learn from it. and you don't lose hope if u fail. u try again as and when u believe it's time again. u may love wrong, but it doesn't mean love's gone.

OR you can be cruel to be kind and just cut, don't grind. easy to say, but it's hard to actually do it.

aey, don't put girl photo leh, everyone thinks ya the girl leh...

i think .. u think too much :bsmilie:

aiyah... long-distance relationship can be very tiring... i'm currently studying in london... 3 years liaoz... GF been in SG all this while... every year got come back holiday lah... but still...

Your fren really has to love this lady to make it work... going overseas to work got a lot of stress of settling down the 1st 1-2 months... and if they are such a "young" relationship...
may not be able to take the "stress".... aiyah and if this lady is so madly in love with him... can tahan him go away for so long? hahhaa....

But having said all the discouraging things... it's possible to "survive" a LDR if the couple have lots of understanding and know what to expect right from the beginning... (lots of MSN/webcam and phone calls...) haha good luck to your fren... and the lady...

well. it's hard to say... before i came to HK, my GF in SG for 2 years and I were just fine but after 6 months i came here she wants out. saying that her feelings for me has subsided.

people are hard to predict, even when you think you know them well... so, whatever it may be, just be prepared...

now, just for fun, the money i save from the LD calls + the $900 from nowhere, i still lack a bit more savings to get the 30D... haha.. oh well.

i hope that "girls" isn't you. sometimes its just times where you have to make the most important decision in your life. so decide and live with it.

His profile indicated that he is a guy.

been there done that.. LDRs dun work..:bsmilie: either the guy will cheat or the gal (most likely) will.

and the last thing you want to learn is that she cheated with a married fat morrocan.
In summary, djork has nailed it on the head. No matter who hard a couple try, they are just trying to be together and resisting temptations all around.

Bottom note, if your LDR works out like Londonray and 'many' of Waffle's friends I'm happy for you guys. Else, for the common folks, it just doesn't work out easily.

btw: I'm just an insect with big flapping wings that feeds on nectar. So don't take my words too seriously. Hello Haro and R2D2!

Ditch her.

There's plenty more where your friend is going to.

Walao.. you believe profiles ah? some put 99 years old, some put 2 years old.. *shrug*

LDR only works if you're certain that you want to be with this person for the rest of your life and not just normal 'bgr' kinda rship lah. you say your fren loves this woman, vice versa. what is l-o-v-e? those in LDR ...meaning you have to act like single while being attached lor :bsmilie:

hard to say your fren would work out with that girl or not but sadly to say, most LDRs dont work out well unless there's a miracle

my girl friend lately got involved with in LDR and she flew twice within 3 mths to meet her bf. she finds the idea very loving but i thought she should be more sensible. i think it's up to individual bah. who's the best judge ;)
