Server Outage - 5th April 2005

One of our servers suffered an outage at or around midnight 5th April 2005 and caused the Forums and Gallery servers to go offline.

The server outage has since been rectified, and all services have now been resumed, but we are still monitoring the server(s) for now.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we continue to strive to provide the best possible experience for members at ClubSNAP.

Please provide feedback in this thread if any member is still experiencing issues.

We are still investigating at this point in time and cannot confirm yet. There may have been several factors that led up to this particular outage which may be different from the previous one.

oic... fyi, there was sudden and severe lag just before the "shut down".... hope this helps in your troubleshooting.

From the php error, it looks like it is not able to locate a file
to log an error. May be it high time to get that fix, so that it
will be easier for troubleshoot next time when it happen again.
