S2 IS focusing problem?

had this problem awhile ago...but it seems like it's not so serious
but i just took some pictures, n the same thing occured
but this time, it's more apparent

i used super macro, n the left wing portion is out of focus
i just realise that there is a general softness in my pictures, n it's inherrent on the left side

so is it just me?or is my focusing showing signs it breaking down soon?

- The flash is blocked by the lens when you shoot too close to the object.
- the wing is soft is due shallow DOF. Check your aperture, you should use small aperture for wider DOF, esp in macro.
- To focus very close, try with a closeup filter
