I noticed that on my GXR with S10, when I use P, S or A mode, under low light conditions, the shutter speed does not go below 1 second, even if the picture is underexposed. The only way for me to get a shot with shutter speeds slower than that is by switching to M mode. This seems very strange to me.

Does anyone has this problem? Or is it a problem with my S10?

Anyone can help with this?

i 2nd that also. the latest 1.29 firmware helps to improve AF alot

with the 1.29 firmware, it's almost like having a new camera.. the new focussing speed simply brings a smile to my face!

FW 1.29 basically makes AF as fast as GF1. Its amazing what a difference the FW is.

Uploaded new FW 1.29 on Body and S10. Tried it out today. IMHO, Not much different on S10. But it should speed up A12 50 & 28mm

i checked with MS Color weeks ago, supposed to reach SG end of Nov 2010. But till now no news. So pray that it will appear in shop in mid-Dec 2010.
