Hi littoo,
Nice shots ! Wanted to visit the aquarium this weekend, you said you waited 6-7 hrs ? Was it a queue ?
If it is , looks like I better go weekday when everyone is at work .

Yes and alot of people actually complaining about it saying that the managing is lousy,i think you should go on weekday for sure if you can,to avoid the crowds plus i think better chances of getting netter shots since not many people fighting with you and also reflections will be lesser too..ytd was like packed like sardines and also the situation look like airport closed,we cant catch the flight,everyone was sitting and queuing up to get ticket and entrance..haha

Thanks, you are really a determined guy, that's really a long time to wait in queue!
Bobian as my tickets are expiring soon and ytd is my family day,normally my dad will be working so even weekend we can't go,had to go during the long holiday,so i was prepared mentally to wait as well..
Just bought a used GRD 4 two weeks ago. Quite disappointed intially with the ooc jpec colour on both standard and vivid as standard was too dull and vivid was too warm.
So I tweaked the saturation, hue and contrast and after some trial and error, I find that I am getting great jpeg pics.
The pics below are all shot with PP with minimal PP i.e. only rotation, cropping and exposure.

GRIV is really good, I don't see any other point n shoot compact that come close to this image quality and flexibility !

You know when i went to the Sea aquarium with the GRD IV, everyone else with a DSLR cant get good shots because the camera cant get close up like what the GRD IV can and as well as they can do some shots because of the size of the DSLR,for me..how i get my shots,some of it simply by lifting up my grd with one hand and shoot away,small enough to sneak through some gaps inbetween all the crowds as well,simply versatile as such a small compact camera, all the shots i posted so far all OOC Jpeg,never do any PP at all if you guy believe me,hahahaha and as well as mostly done in iso 800 of the GRD IV!
ONE MORE THING TO ADD,I LITERALLY GOTTA STICK THE GRD TO THE GLASS PANEL WHEN DOING CLOSEUP SHOTS,PEOPLE THINK I WAS CRAZY BUT WHAT TO DO WITH 1CM MACRO MODE?HAHAHAHAHA

Sticking to the glass is actually a smart move because u eliminate reflections if the lens axis is perpendicular to the glass
