Im glad i bought this LX5 to accompany me in my photography journey. Thumbs up for such a beauty! :heart:

Both photos taken with LX5, 1/2000s with fill in onboard flash.

The first shot could have been better if flash is bumped up 1/3 stop higher, anyhows, good enough, heh

Sunlight - Straight JPG

Seaside - Adjusted RAW (had +2 EV accidently)

Same beach at night, was almost pitched black - playing with the shutter settings (30sec)

Sun was setting behind the mountain - casting a red glow on the clouds

Was travelling in a car on bumpy roads, stabiliser works pretty well.

No, Koh Samui. But Koh Samet looks very nice too, but have to travel from Bangkok, which we were hesitant to do.

actually, i didn't use the panorama assist mode. stitching was done using PS CS5.

yeah! the underground shopping centre...didn't buy any stuff there. the products look too 'pirated' in my opinion :sweat:

didn't manage to get any night shots for the bund...maybe next time if got chance.

I've been eyeing LX3 and happy that LX5 is out and totally swamped by the beautiful photos by LX5! For a PNS user (currently a Lumix user), its good enough, just worried my skill will not do justice to LX5

Just wondering:
1) Was at SLR Revolution yesterday and was told that LX5 is out of stock. Any recommendation where to get good deal for a white LX5?
2) What's the difference between LX5 and GF-1?
