Question on weight loss

I eat at least a bar of chocolate everyday (sometimes eat 3 bars, especially
sitting at home nothing to do!!). Still can maintain the same weight leh...

I try not to consume a lot of rice. Rice will make me fat!!

About 3 years ago, I lost the same amount of weight to 70kgs. I bought jeans(size 32) to wear as reminder.

Last Nov, came back to Melb....maybe I quit smoking, so I started to find substitute(food) to cigarettes...the weight gradually went up to 82kgs. I did take some vitamins like deep sea tuna oil(DHA) and fresh milk every morning.

Some how, weight reduction is not efficient as last time.

Different people got different lifestyle. So metabolic rate is not the same, age factor, weather also play a part in it. Try to munch on the same amount of chocolate bar when you reach 35 and live a less active lifestyle. Then you know what I meant. :bsmilie:

Physically, I dun see the bulging tummy....but the weight factor(77.5kg) is there. Think like some CSers said....it is converted to muscles lor. Certain parts of the body is more solid that I agree. But in the eyes, no difference, except weight loss. What worry me is water loss instead of fat. :sweat:
 

Some guidelines to loss weight:
- Avoid fried food (eg. KFC, McD)
- Light dinner
- Don drink (or less water) 2 hours before you sleep
to prevent water retention

This is not possible, I alway drink a glass of water before bed :confused:

My mum birthday today, ate one slice of cake liao.....:bheart:

oops... didn't really follow this thread.... so another silly question, why want to lose weight? My IQ is definitely below 90 :(

I heard look sells....so I test market. I post one fat photo in those friend seeking websites. Nobody respond.....then I post one slim photo. Got more than twenty replies, therefore I must lose the bulge. :dunno:

I remembered smart people said It is not what you know, but who you know. Low IQ can also be compensate by good fateline, luck and fungshui...... Till now, I still try understand what they said. :cry:

Strange...you a buyer? :think: Or just kepo ? I am not brand new, 2 previous owners(12 years)...just had recent overhaul. Only suitable for collector :) Strictly no test drive :devil:
 

hehe how's ur exercise program today.
I just came back from heavy Korean BBQ dinner -.,- so sinful now.
I think i ate a kg of meat -.,-..
now drinking wheat grass water ...

Tmr start want to lose weight liao -.,-... got to movtivate me!
 

Another 9km walk= 6+3km....not yet situps another 510 calories gone.....Had only one packet of Korean Noodle with cauliflower :sweat:

Think will have beehoon soup with dumplings(3) veges later.....

Weight still roughly the same :(
 

oh ic.. morning i ate rye bread... lunch time soup with brocoli along with some rice.
then took half packet of chips ;(.. so sinful..

Before NS my weight was 57KG. During NS, my weight was 64KG. (Fittest) After NS, my weight was 68KG. Now i am 72KG. :o

My height is 172cm. Now i can hardly fit into my size 32 jeans. :embrass: Last time i wear size 30.....sianz!

I thought for 172cm...ideal weight is about 67-69kgs? 3kgs over already so bad meh? Mine is 8 to 10kgs lah.......

Actually, there is a solution for those jeans......you can try girdle lor

damnit... i dunno how tall i am... maybe 170-175... best of all i dun even know how much i weigh... think i am about 70kg now... siao liao lor... and i wear 31-33" now... how ar?
