thats why i dont believe in dieting. chances are when you stopped, the weights come back again. trust me, dont diet until so jia lat. i would prefer clearing my system by 'dieting', means eating lotsa fruits n vege instead of carbo once a mth and it's good since it's detoxifies my body
eat smaller meals , try not to sit down after eating. it'll help
regular exercise would help though. ganbatte
