Cathay Photo just called me (cannot get hold of Adam) and said that the Provia 400F delivery timeframe will be 3 months or so (calculated from the order date).

Cathay wants to know HOW SERIOUS are we in buying up the bulk rolls (as they have to buy 42 in one go, and ClubSNAP members only account for about 30-31 rolls), and can we wait for 3 months.

Actually, the main question is CAN WE WAIT THAT LONG?
Cathay obviously has to sell the remainder by themselves, but sekali, they order, then all/majority of ClubSNAP members cannot wait and cancel - it will give us a very bad reputation......

In a way, what CP (and I guess ClubSNAP) is asking for is COMMITMENT that we are able to wait for 3 months - ie. posting your approval here means that you WILL purchase when the stock comes in, no backing out once CP places that order.

I dont mind waiting, so yes, I am committed.
