Just a rough estimate, can I estimate the street prices to be:
AF-S 85 F1.4G - S$2000 - $2100 (RRP S$2459)
AF-S DX 55-300 -S$470 - $500 (RRP S$599)
AF-S 28-300 - S$1250 - $1320 (RRP S$1599)

Better if its cheaper

So if the old AF 85mm f/1.4D is about S$1650, the successor is about a S$500 premium? Hmm.. Problem is, the older lens is going at about S$1,400 in Hong Kong right? Or am I massively misinformed?

i mean $1.3K in Singapore, not HK. it is generally well-known in CS that, except for a few items, HK prices are cheaper than SG... if you don't factor in the externalities like flying there and taxes when coming back.

just got a friend to purchase at Lord's this morning at $2120 gst included. Cant try it until 21Sep when i will receive it in Dubai. Anyone can show some images? i am also looking for 24-120 but seems no stock or not arrive yet. getting quite interesting with these two lens.
