Photoshop Elements 4.0 out?

Hi all,

I was shopping at Challenger in Funan today and could have sworn that I saw Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 on sale. However I can't seem to find any info on the web or Adobe's website.

Does anyone know if Elements 4 is out or is it just my mind that has gone crazy finally?!?! :dunno:
