The foreground blurred cos i used F1.4, F1.8 or F2 which helps in creating it. For those who have the lens, do take more and showcase more. On APS-C, it's a great lens. On FF, it's a magical lens. I always thought my A50 1.4 is good enough until i get to really try it! Argh! And i don't own it!! ZzZZzZzz

you should get it..the DA*55 is supposedly the replacement for FA*85 on APSC..if you love your FA*85, you should get the DA*55

50mm is a focal length that almost every vendor have few excellent versions! BBB and use it on FF, bro!

Just kidding ranchy,we were all hoping you use F9 to take that shot so that sharpness throughout especially on foreground.

Aiyah, this one not about lens aperture selection... the problem is the framing/cropping is all wrong... all the guys will say this will make an already good picture great!
OK I now understand what they mean when they say less is more.
