The pic is clear at the ear, and the DOF is so shallow, even his nose is not sharp. How did u do it?

Hi , this effect is usually achieved through the use of a portrait ( common - 77mm / 85mm ) lens or mid-telephoto lens (100mm / 135mm / 150mm ) . The shot is taken with aperature wide open. Usually about F/1.4 - F/2.5 .

The same effect can also be done using a FA50mm F/1.4 .

Do note that the distance between the camera and subject will also play a part in this.

Actually I feel like dumping my 55-300 in bns for the full WR set, but still thinking about it co'z 55-300 is also real good lens.
